      I have been browsing this website for a while. A couple of months back i have tried 3 bean curry with coconut and i used frozen spring beans, it failed?. This week i tried Mysore Pak, initially it became soft and soggy, but after reading other comments, i reheated the mix and finally they came out wonderful?. This is like my dream come true. Until I read your recipe, I didn’t know that Mysore pak recipe is so simple, and used to think i will never be able to eat home made one after coming to US. I am learning cooking from you with confidence. Thank you very much.

      I need a small suggestion from all of you guys. I am looking for a mixer for kneading chepathi dough and for backing needs. I am using Sumeet grinder for dosa and idlis .What do you suggest? Kitchen Aid like Stand mixer or Indian style wet grinder. I really need your suggestion to choose one.
