Hi Indiara,

The most unwanted help from my husband is cooking(u can imagine how bad he is in cooking !!) Once he wanted to cook Tomato rice on his own and without a second thought he turned on ur recipe site. It made me happy in 2 ways... he inherited my habit of looking for recipies in ur site and the other, I was pretty cool with his decision of making recipe.. afterall it's guided by the Most simplest and user-friendly site.

Thank You,
Pallavi

Mika - you are too kind, I am still learning and trying out new food varieties.
Actually it's ours signatory dish. Vijay came up with the recipe for a perfect brittle after so many tries. It turned out just like the cashew brittle of famous Pullareddy Sweets of Andhra.
I will definitely post the recipe as soon as I restock cashews. Thanks.

You must be a real expert at Indian cooking. Cooking with mom is probably the best experience at touch and feel cooking rather than by the book. Yum, Cashew brittle- you must pass on the recipe to us.
