We understand that there are commmercially avaiable pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds without any shell. But is that available for watermelon seeds without any shell that are commercially avaiable? We hope so. Please anybody tell me where to find it.

How can one extract the inside of the seeds from a watermelon? Kindly let me know. I have tried to do this by drying the watermelon seeds and tried to pop them open but that seems to be an impossible task. So how can we do this at home... opening watermelon seeds to get the soft white inner parts ?

Joe.. They are already sun-dried. I don't usually do toast/roast thing because they are quite tasty as they are.

Kalyn...I loved your idea of weekend herb blogging. I am going to join you and post photos of veggie/ingredient of India.
I heard that last weekend there was already a snowstorm up in Colorado:)

Hey, thanks for the little plug for my blog. I was hoping people could see the humor in it. I have lots more herbs, and Sweetnicks is telling me this can be a regular weekend feature: Weekend Herb Blogging. Now if we can just keep it from snowing in Utah for a while!

Hi Beth, they are sold in bulk back in India. They are tasty and nutty. One is never enough, to get the full taste you have to pop fistful of them.
