Hi Indira
Your site is great.. I made the maamidikaya pappu dish.. after reading your post. Still in the pressure cooker. Hopefully its good. But I did not put the mukkals inside the cooker - I just parboiled it. So that it would be crunchy. Great fotos. Keep coming girl :)

I go crazy when I see raw mangoes at the indian stores here. They are so over-priced. I absolutely love mango rice. I need to try your Mango Dal. I have had this at a restaurant here (Pasand - very Andhra style food).

Hi Indira,
I tried your Couscous Upma over the weekend. It was good. I had always thought that it should be possible to make it, but never had the courage to until I came across your post on it. Your post as well as the fact that Kay has tried it out were enough to convince me that it sould work. And it did. Thanks for the post. Btw, I also tried your Banana Walnut Cake some days back and left a message at its post. Did you check it?

Indira replies:
So glad you had success with my recipes, Vaishali.
I did read your cake comment, but because of large number of comments recently, I'm not able to reply each one like I used to do before.
Thanks for letting me know, I really appreciate it.

Indira:

Where did you get the raw mango? I so badly want one for Ugadi :)...

Indira replies:
We went to Pittsburgh for some festival day - Indian grocery shopping. Bought the mango there.

Indira, i've noticed that you changed the settings and now links to other food blogs open up seperately. It was very frustrating earlier and i was too lazy to bookmark my favorites. Thanks! :)

Indira replies:
Frustrating, I know. :) that's why I added extra code to each link again, yesterday. I'm glad I did that.:)
Atfirst, I didn't want to change the links position from the sidebar, but the list is getting long... and my webpage is looking so cluttered. That's why I moved them to separate pages.
