Hubs (he's Goan who could never do without his meat!) and I recently turned vegetarian and we totally love the stuff you've put together. And the photos - makes it as good as tasting it all. I convert them all to non-fat - absolutely no oil even to 'do the tadka.' It's all healthy and keeping us coming back for more. Great job, girl! All the best..
