Pike place mkt used to have free parking for less than 1 hr if you park underground in the parking structure. I think they removed the idea when hookers and druggies misued the privilege.

welcome back!lovely to see your posts - your recipes, pictures, your energetic descriptions and enthusiasm…your absence the last two months from the blogworld was deeply felt - it was as if there was a sense of warmth and positive energy missing…
great to see you again.

BTW - I got three of the lodge products this May after reading your posts - the flat,dosa griddle, a 6 inch tadka one, and an 8 inch one…I will buy from your site for my mother - she is here with us from India helping me with the baby - she cooks with Lodge every day, and can’t stop admiring it…the quality of food is so amazing when u use cast iron…She is so impressed..
