Hi,
Thanks for writing those lines on Sri GPR. He is my Guru for life.

I can simply say this on his personality.

"Success is Sweet. The secret is Sweat".

He deserves the applaud that you made.
Thanks once again.

I have not tried this sweet yet but it looks yummy. Looks like you can get sweets from Pulla Reddy shipped to anywhere in India (through www.indiagiftz.com or some other sites). They don't ship out of India though :-(

Wow, lot of fans for Pulla Reddy Sweets. Thanks all for your nice comments.

Linda: You are welcome.:)
The mysore pak you have prepared for Jihva event looks delicious.

Mandira: Thanks.
Rasgullas, yum!

Latha: Me too, I didn't had a sweet tooth growing up. This constant craving of sweets is recent thing for me too.:)
They sent us two packets- one is mixed sweets and this kaju sweet.:)

Chandrika: What a sweetheart you are.:) Thanks!

Comidademama: Thanks for your wishes.
Oh, no, what happened? Did your Indian friend move to a different place? That is sad.
Wish you a happy and prosperous Deepavali!

ALpana: How about making ghee at home? You can do that with store-bought, salt-free butter. Give it a try and see how you like this buffalo-ghee version.

Anu: That's OK. There are some who don't like this kind of sweets.
About price - they are priced high but you get superior quality in my view.
Also they are prepared with pure ghee, not butter. And if you microwave anything made with oil/butter/ghee like donuts, french fries or bajjis etc, they ooze oil. Microwave cooking does that to them.

Shankari: they should open a branch here.:)

Hi MB: Thanks.
About tips to pack, we kept what's near and dear to our heart, gave away some stuff and sold some big items etc. I made lists, lot of them for everything. There are some really good websites with detailed information about moving and packing how and what on the net. Give them a try for helpful tips.

Hi Indira,

Even I disagree with Anu's Comments. I know sweets are supposed to be made rich. you just eat a piece or two in festive seasons or when u are feeling bored. I like pullareddy sweets esp a lot.

thanks
