It was little bit intimidating at first but kitchen had everything we needed, well stocked both ingredients and cooking vessels. And also has helpful staff ready to do our bidding. For chakli, I took two molds both Indian and US style cookie press with me. We prepared star shaped coils of chakli. The big wok (bundis), really made it easy to prepare such large quantity.
