Hello
I have made your delicious recipe with a small difference. As no indian food store here in Lisbon, knows about dry mango pulp, I've used something called "goiabada", a brazilian jam made with guava.
I have also done another thing. In the "messy and sticky part" I used another piece of parchment paper to cover the dough, and then used the rolling pin without problems. Great recipe, Thanks

Indira I was surprised by the combination you used at first as it mentions dried mango. At first I thought amchoor-dried raw mango was your ingredient. Thanks to the link I realised you used dried mango pulp \leather. The slice looks like you stuffed the strawberries. You think mixing with wooden spatula would treat the fruits better.

Indira replies:
Hi Anjali, wooden or plastic spatual definitely helps. Also if strawberries are small tiny heirloom variety, you can add them as is without slicing them to small pieces.
About neat looking slice - I picked a good slice for photography. That's all.:)
