Hi Usha: you mean utappam, right? Another good recipe with leftover dosa batter.

Hi Jyothi and Caty: I've seen this type of cast iron skillet at Target stores and also at Amazon cast-iron cookware.

Aruna: They are really unforgettable and quite easy to prepare at home with the right kind of skillet.

Hi Soumya: Yellow color is from turmeric.</description>
