Wow...all your recipes sound so good. I have a quick question...I love spicy foods, but my family cannot handle much spice. Should I cut the chilis in 1/2? I do want the meal to have a punch, but not too spicy at the same time. What do you suggest? Thank you!! I look forward to making this!!!

I just made this yesterday and it came out AMAZING! I followed the recipe exactly! It even looked like your picture! It's definitely a nice change from the usual shahi paneer and saag paneer. Thanks!

Hello Indira,

I love your blog and all the recipes. I was searching for an easy paneer recipe for a dinner In was hosting on a weekday and came across your pudina paneer. It is a simple recipe and tasted just amazing... My guests loved it and so did hubby dear. We had some curry leftover and I thickened the gravy and mashed the paneer and made that into stuffed parathas... hmmmmm yummy. They came out really well. Thanks for the recipe!!

Indira, i'm a big fan of pudina.i wanted to grow it and tried with pudina seeds from k-mart, but no plants germinated. Ur plant looks so fresh, where did u get it? also which variety pudina is suitable for indian cooking?

<i>Hi Prathima,
I bought fresh mint from grocery shop and picked 4 strong stemmed ones, cut near where it shoots off a root, (kanupu in Telugu) and planted them in soil. Out of 4 stems, 3 took roots and now thriving. I usually follow this method to grow mint and always had success.
Hope this helps.

Hey all, happy to read your nice comments on this recipe. Thanks!

Hi Musical, I love paneer pakoras prepared in the style you have mentioned. So delectable! There is a restaurant in Seattle "Preet's" is the name, they serve most delicious, fresh tasting paneer pakoras.

Nice recipe Indira. I make the same without the paneer and eat it with sankati and it tastes great. Will definitely try it out with paneer.
