					<description>Just made this recipe last week as my husband mentioned!  I also added a piece of ginger.  Most often I omit the tamarind when I am making it for dosa/idly as opposed to rice.  Sometimes I add coconut.  All variations are wonderful and your beautiful pictures make my mouth water!!</description>
