Indira he is a classical violnist.

<i>Hi HC: How fortunate you both are. There is nothing like the sound of violin, it produces the most beautiful, and haunting melodies of any instrument around.

HC:
Singing and playing an instrument well is really a great gift. Which instrument does your husband play?

WD: Me too. I am particularly fond of spiritual music in folk style.
"Aadhibhikshvu" another beautiful song. Love it!

Bee: It's really a spritual kind of experience. Balamurali Krishna is blessed with powerful voice. We went to his concerts at Pittsburgh SV temple, the temple manangement invites him every year during Brahmotsava period. Very popular event.

Oh...wow what a song!! I love this genre of songs that are written with a hint of sarcasm.

Another all time favorite of mine is the "Aadhibhikshuvu vaadinaaydhi koraaydhi" written by Sirivennla for Sirivennela movie. Should soon write a blog about this favorite song of mine.

Thanks Indira, for bringing out my spiritual side on this rainy Saturday morning!

Indira, really enjoyed your weekend music clip. It was a nice way to start the saturday morning. I was also so pleased to see Karthik the ghatam player. I have not seen him for years. He performed with my husband few times. I have never seen a live performance of Sri Bala Murali Krishnan. Which is a real pity.
I watched 2 clips, when i have a bit more time i am going to watch all of them. SO i can't say i am a pro in anjouing the classical music. But i love to listen to them.
Thankyou
Thankyou very much for sharing this. I never enjoyed classical music before untill i got married to my husband.
