So far, I am not that used to cook with Tofu (except in the Thai soups). I usually dont care much for the tofu. Since Tofu is so nutritious, I wanted to introduce this to our regular diets. So I started off with this simple recipe today. Of course, as always, it turned out very good. I will be trying the other recipes under this category.
