Indira,

A friend of mine from India brought Achar masala for me last week and I was looking for recipes to try something different and came across yours.

I tried this achaar avocado yesterday. Oh, man! the taste is out of this world. All those spices plus red chillies really livened up the avocado preparation. Me and my friend, we had it with TJ's corn tortillas. YUM!

Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. It's going to be regular from now on at my home.

Thanks friends for your good words on this recipe.

The aachar masala powder is a gift from my friend Pooja and I have still one more week's worth left. Once it's over, I will definitely make it at home and blog on Mahanandi. Thanks for your interest.

Hi Indira,

I always make guacomole with avacadoes at home. this recipe sounds great, I would try it out.
I was wondering if you can suggest me how to use paprika powder?I have lot of it at home, which I bought from a Korean store, without having an idea that its not as spicy as red chilli powder.
