					<description>Michou has the most amazing Tofu sandwich-- it's a beautiful medley of flavors. Chewy bread with what seemed like pesto aioili, teriyaki tofu, arugula, cucumbers, red onions and feta cheese. The tartness of the cheese, the sweetness of the tofu and the strength of the onions just play wildly with the juices in your mouth!!!

Soooooo iressistible!</description>

Linda: This is what I was referring for the business model. They are running it in a very cost-efficient way.

Zobars: They have a good selection of vegetarian items.
