Feed
Soak and boil senagalu.Coat with a mixture of maida,cornflour,rice flour and seasonings of choice.Deep fry.Garnish with fried curry leaves and serve.Works well as a party snack.

Indira just now I posted my recipe for the event. It’s similar to Sreedevi’s, but instead of frying it in oil, just roasting it in the oven. No need for any flour. Simply mix the seasoning with the cooked chickpeas and roast it in the oven or simply dry sautee it in a frying pan over stove top. That’s very crunchy too without the oil.
